Brand Identity

The Idea

Our graphic design team brainstormed different ideas for the brand Identity in which the goal was to drive potential students to apply for programs at the University of Guelph-Humber

Developing Brand

Once our team agreed upon a set color pallet, fonts, and overall look and feel our graphic assets, we drew up the brand guidelines for the other teams to follow throughout the projects lifecycle will have we moved onto the next step which is the proposal

Proposal

getting all the other teams together we made our proposal for the 2022 brand identity. All the teams loved the proposal and were excited about implementing the brand identity throughout social media, the main website, and through physical prints.

Functional Design Social Media/Website

One aim of our team was to build functional designs that would translate across different mediums of media. With this in mind we created templates of graphic assets to achieve cohesivness and effeciency

Templates were easily made by utilizing adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to adjust small things such as color and abstract shapes while keeping the main focus the same.

Abstract shapes were chosen to keep posts unique and playful.

To ensure other teams would keep using our designs we made several designs so that whatever need a team had we fulfilled their desires.
