Planning
And Strategy
Client requested a revamp for ActivateStaff's website. To start this project a competitor analysis and self analysis was conducted to identify areas that were lacking. with that information a proposal was created which included a new website, marketing strategies, and graphic elements.
Building
And Revamp
Utilizing design software a website mock up was created along with graphic assets that were created to invoke emotion, and engage users to book demos. Removing areas with contrast issues and adding meaningful content that builds on SEO and highlighting key factors of Activate Staff's software.

Walkthrough
Once completed, client was walked through the website and shown how content was effectively distributed on different pages. with a website that is optimized for different displays new graphics, and video of ActivateStaff's software animated the clients were very happy and chose to keep me past the contract end date.

Video Animation
During the contract I provided knowledge in video animation producing different mediums for ActivateStaff to use. Some of these videos included how ActivateStaff's tech works, user journeys, and social media posts to boost engagement
— Design
Following ActivateStaff's brand identity, I designed engaging videos that were high quality, and could be displayed on any device without issues. I matched the video animation to what the software looks like to be as transparent as possible.
User Journey
Showing user Journeys was an important factor because it is the only way to demonstrate how ActivateStaff's software works and creates a visual for end-to-end software.
